The 2019 Summer Gala Fundraiser is almost here and we want YOU to be a part of it! The Gala is an event for anyone who has a passion for mission trips and camp weekends and wants to help support 1st – 12th Graders on these trips.
Our goal this year is to raise a MINIMUM of $10,000 to help lower the costs of trips in the summer of 2020.

Why should I come to the Gala?
It’s going to be a FUN night full of great food, laughter, a silent auction full of items from businesses in the town of Monticello, and live testimonies.

Our schedule for the night:
Arrive at 5:30 pm to begin your bids at the Silent Auction. When you arrive, you will receive your table number AND bidder number. The Silent Auction will be open until 7:15 pm and the winners will be announced at 7:30 pm.

Dinner begins at 6:00 pm sharp and will contain three courses. Dinner is followed by live testimonies from the kids.

How do I go about purchasing my tickets?
We have four tables available with priority seating at $30 a seat. These tables are placed directly in the front. The remaining 13 tables will have seats available for $25 a piece. During your registration, you can choose to donate more to the Gala.

Seat purchases, the March giving bowl, Silent Auction funds, and further donations from the Gala registration and table donations on the night of, will all go directly into a savings account to lower the cost of these trips for our kids.
