VISITING US

New faces are always welcome at Resurrection, so please come and worship with us.  Know that each of us at one point walked through the doors of Resurrection for the first time and can remember how intimidating that can be.  Here are a few things to keep in mind as you prepare for your visit:

-  Each Sunday we gather at 8:00 am, 9:30 am and 11:00 am.  Although the 8:00 am worship is a traditional communion service and the 9:30 and 11:00 am are a contemporary celebration, all of our worship services include music, prayer, scripture and a Message.

-  Not good with names?  Don’t worry.  Stop by the table with all the 3-ring binders near the front doors and fill out a name tag.  Printed name tags are not just for members, so if you think you might come back to Resurrection, feel free to sign up for a printed name tag.

-  There is freedom to worship at Resurrection.  If that means lifting your hands, clapping, dancing, sitting, standing or any mix of the above it is welcome here.  Please participate in worship as fully as you feel comfortable.

-  At 9:30 am Pathfinder’s Sunday School is available for kids age Pre-K to 4thPreK-4th Grade Sunday School grade and Grapple is for 5th and 6th grade students.  Please stop by the registration table outside the Spiritual Growth Center to register your kids.

-  Nursery care is available during all services for kids age birth to 4 years.  The nursery is located down the Spiritual Growth Center.  All kids are welcome in the nursery, however we do ask that a parent or guardian register each child, remain onsite at all times and come to pick their child up immediately following the service.

-  All who desire the love and forgiveness of Christ are welcome at the communion table.

-  After services please follow the burgundy pathway out the worship center to the Welcome Center.  There you can pick up a welcome packet which includes more information about Resurrection and our ministries.

-  At the Welcome Center you will also find information on the ministries of Resurrection and upcoming events.  Please take some time to review things there and see if there might be something of interest for you or your family… remember, you do not have to be a member of Resurrection to participate in the life of the community.

-  We are a praying church full of praying individuals who believe in the power available through prayer.  If you are in need of more personal prayer, please stop by the church office immediately following each service and there will be prayer warriors ready to pray with you.
